tijdens typische Nederlandse evenementen zoals carnaval, koningsdag, kermis,
avond 4-daagse, burendag en oud en nieuw.

Tijdens een vakantie fietste ik door de Prins Willem-Alexanderstraat in Wehl. Een onopvallende straat, niets bijzonders eigenlijk. ¨Ik vroeg me af of Willem-Alexander wist dat deze straat zijn naam droeg. 't Is tenslotte een hele eer. En hoeveel straten zouden er nog meer naar onze koning genoemd zijn?"
3 jaar ben ik door Nederland gereisd en heb ik het dagelijks leven in deze straten vastgelegd.

During a holiday I cycled through the Prins Willem-Alexanderstraat in Wehl. A normal street, nothing special.
"I wondered if Willem-Alexander knew that this street was carrying his name. After all, it is a great honor. And in fact how many streets are named after our king? "
I spent the following 3 years travelling through Holland photographing the daily life in these streets.
